We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our Amazing Team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of wedding events, from initial consultations to the final execution, ensuring every detail aligns with the couple's vision.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget.
- Develop comprehensive event plans that include timelines, vendor selections, and logistics.
- Coordinate with various vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, and venues to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage contracts and negotiate terms with vendors to secure the best services for clients.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all elements are executed according to plan.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Implement event marketing strategies to promote services and attract new clients.
- Upsell additional services or products that enhance the overall wedding experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in wedding planning or a related field is highly desirable.
- Emotional intelligence when working with Bride and Groom making sure they feel seen, heard, and cared for.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with banquet operations and logistics is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
