We are a growing estate planning and business law firm, and we need an experienced legal receptionist to join our team. You would work directly with the owners and attorneys to support the smooth operation of the office and help our clients.

This position will be responsible for important work, including:
- Answering, screening, and directing all incoming calls, assisting as much as you can
- Accurately scheduling appointments for multiple team members and ensuring the business calendars are correct and up-to-date
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and handling deliveries
- Warmly greeting all visitors, seating them in the conference room and announcing their arrival immediately to the person(s) who will be meeting them
- Ensuring the conference room is cleaned, sanitized, and stocked between each use
- Keeping the reception lobby and area where you work clean and organized at all times
- Providing administrative support with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, scanning, mail merges, file organization, etc. when needed
- Drafting and sending routine cover letters, emails and thank you notes

This is a full-time job where you are expected to work *in the office* for 40 hours per week. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.
