We are looking for a mature, experienced customer service team member to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be an integral part of developing client trust and the client relationship.
Compensation:
Starting at $20/hour
Responsibilities:
The basic duties of the position are:
- Provide an outstanding experience of service and professionalism to our clients and potential clients
- Talking to potential clients to find people who are A clients who need the firm’s help
- Screening out unqualified leads to protect the lead’s and the attorney’s time
- Schedule consultations for new potential clients and follow up with potential clients before and after their initial consultation
- Process payments for initial consultations prior to scheduled appointment using LawPay
- Ensuring the firm calendar and sales calendars are up-to-date and organized, reflecting scheduled consultations and other important meetings and deadlines
- Smoothing out the consultation process by sending confirmation and requests for payment and documents and following up if not received
- Following up with potential new clients who at first do not schedule consultations but may with a follow-up call
- Answering all incoming calls to the office and ensuring all calls are answered promptly and handled efficiently and professionally
Qualifications:
Experience and Skills Required:
- Customer service experience is required. Legal experience is a plus
- Sales experience preferred
- You must be comfortable with a computer and demonstrate proficiency with common office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel). You must have excellent spelling and grammar
- Ability to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds to build trust and rapport
- You MUST be a positive person, maintain a positive attitude, and work collaboratively with other team members as well as current and potential clients
- Ideal candidates have phone sales experience and are able to empathize with callers who may be in the midst of a challenge and/or a deeply personal situation
- High School Diploma Required; Associates Degree or higher preferred
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
