Job Description:

  • Answer phones
  • Greet customers and clients
  • Explain real estate and loan documents to customers
  • Assist the Processors in processing documents for real estate transactions
  • Maintain and build professional relationship with customers
  • Assist in the collection of the necessary data to include but not limited to; payoff orders, property taxes, water/sewer, HOA status, and municipality lien search’s
  • Entering all collected data into the closing system
  • Able to operate in a paperless atmosphere
  • Is results and task driven with accuracy
  • Schedule Closings
  • Constant communication with the client/customers and Real Estate agent’s supervisor on the status of the transaction throughout the closing process
  • Team player is a must
  • Communicate with team and customers
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and with the team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are required
  • Identify areas for improvement

Minimum Requirements:

  • Prefered 1 years as a Title Pre-Processor or within the Title / Escrow Industries
  • 3 years in related industries - Real estate/mortgage
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Able to follow all company procedures and policies including meeting the company customer service expectations
  • Background check required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,500.00 - $40,000.00 per year
