As a member of TGen's Purchasing department, the Purchasing and Receiving Coordinator will review, process, and place purchase order requests with established suppliers, clarify end-user requirements and communicate order status to internal stakeholders; coordinate daily Receiving by recording inbound packages, verifying contents, and deploying to end-users; manage supply
room inventory. Will process returns as needed, research and correct invoice discrepancies. The Purchasing and Receiving Coordinator will also participate in projects and other department activities as assigned.
This position will require attendance on-site for the first 2 months for training, and will work a hybrid thereafter.
- Purchase order / Receiving processes and all related activity.
- Invoice discrepancy research and correction.
- Reports, Issue investigation, end-user relationships.
- Training, personal development, other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate Degree and 3 years of experience OR 5 years relevant experience
- Proficient computer skills, experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP software
- Knowledge in data tracking and Microsoft Excel
- Must be available for 8 hours during business hours of 8am-6pm, Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week.
