Join our team! The View, Minot's world-class assisted living facility, is currently seeking a fun-loving, caring and well-rounded individual to join our Activities Team.

Duties include coordinating programs and activities to provide world-class fun and life-enriching events for our residents :

  • Leading resident activity groups, i.e. exercise, manicures, etc.
  • Assisting in decorating facility for holidays and themed events
  • Reminding residents of activities and encourage participation.
  • Will accompany and assist residents on scheduled outings.

Qualifications :

  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be willing to drive company vehicles to transport residents.
  • Experience with older adults preferred.
  • Evidence of creativity.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Mature, pleasant, friendly, cheerful and outgoing personality.
