What we are looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager Lead who is passionate about leading high-performing customer service teams and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a supervisory role, be detail-oriented, and enjoy leading and developing others. If you are proactive, organized individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you! The office hours are Monday/Tuesday/Friday from 8 AM - 7 PM and Wednesday/Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM. The usual schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with the flexibility to cover until 7 PM as needed.
Job Requirements
- Oversee the customer service experience for our Fargo office.
- Lead the Client Service team in our Fargo office, ensuring high standards of service and performance.
- Manage the onboarding, and training and development of team members in accordance to our culture of growth.
- Oversee scheduling, task assignments, and the division of responsibilities.
- Assist program supervisors with procedure development and projects.
- Collaborate with Division/Regional Directors to ensure consistency and quality across service delivery.
- Maintain agency compliance with administrative and regulatory standards.
- Generate reports on productivity, client trends, and operational metrics.
- Advocate for clients by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Support culture initiatives, including team engagement, events, and employee recognition.
Preferred Qualifications
- The equivalent to the completion of an Associate's degree. This includes a combination of education and work experience.
- Supervisory Experience Preferred: 5 years.
- Detail-oriented, flexible problem solver with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- A strong detail and accuracy orientation.
- The ability to work well independently with limited direct supervision and with a variety of personalities in a high-volume environment and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Computer and technical experience using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Prior managerial or supervisory experience and/or working in a healthcare setting with knowledge of insurance company guidelines, processes, and HIPAA regulations is a plus.
