What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Operations Support Specialist position at Tillamook Family Counseling Center?
Provide administrative and technical support as directed by the IT Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain network printers and printer supplies.
- Maintain company cell phones and records.
- Organize, inventory, and maintain inventory records.
- Make labels, forms & signs.
- Assist with IT Projects.
- Replace RAM, SSDs, power ports in laptops.
- Perform limited IT duties; set up new workstations, install printers.
- Replace hardware as needed and install various applications and updates when necessary.
Required Education and Experience
- Working knowledge of Windows, Outlook, and Office 365 (Teams/SharePoint).
- Strong office and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- General understanding of computer network fundamentals.
- Must have strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Able to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretion.

- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Computer skills and Microsoft Office
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; carry equipment or boxes while climbing stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time, onsite position, 24 hours per week (3 days) at the Tillamook, Oregon location. Not a remote position. Days and hours of work are variable, but generally 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position may require longer working hours if necessary.
