Key Responsibilities:
Executive Calendar & Communication Management: Coordinate complex schedules and high-priority communications, document meetings and follow-up tasks while ensuring confidentiality.
Organizational Initiatives: Streamline processes, assist cross departmental projects and prioritize stakeholder responses with excellent judgment.
Other Duties: Additional tasks may be assigned to meet executive needs.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and active listening skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced, and at times stressful, environment
- Maintains flexibility and reacts well to changing priorities
- High level of discretion and integrity in all dealings both personal and professional
- Critical thinker and independent problem solver
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
Experience: 3-5 years of previous executive or administrative support experience required. Experience in small/medium size business in growth posture highly desirable.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
