Duties

- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems such as UltiPro and SAP.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including FMLA and leave management.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with employment labor laws and best practices.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify workforce needs and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, including documentation preparation and meeting coordination.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and project management principles is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of employment labor law regulations and FMLA guidelines is a plus.
- Proficiency in using HR software systems such as ATS, SAP, or UltiPro is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
