Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Technical Marketing Manager to drive the intersection of technology and strategy in our marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in optimizing platforms like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and WordPress. You’ll lead website optimization for generating high-quality leads, enhance data workflows, and deliver performance insights that align with Tosca’s marketing goals.
Work Location:
This is a hybrid role where team members work in our Midtown Atlanta office at Colony Square on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tech Stack Integration: Ensure seamless data flow and integration between HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, and Salesforce.
- Data Workflow Optimization: Streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and maximize the utility of marketing platforms, focusing on HubSpot.
- Web Analytics & CRO: Implement and manage tools like HotJar and A/B testing to optimize conversion paths and user experience.
- Website Management: Lead web projects, ensuring the site remains optimized, secure, and aligned with educational and lead-generation goals.
- Marketing Automation: Build data-driven campaigns and workflows in HubSpot for better customer engagement and lead nurturing.
- Insights & Reporting: Provide actionable insights from analytics to refine strategies and enhance campaign performance.
- Campaign Technical Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective tracking, targeting, and segmentation.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, and Salesforce integration.
- Advanced HubSpot knowledge.
- Strong data analysis skills, with a preference for experience in Looker Studio or Power BI.
- Expertise in CRO tools like Optimizely, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
- Effective communicator, able to translate technical projects into actionable strategies for decision-makers.
