Essential Functions : Work under the direction of the Owner / Director and Office Coordinator in ensuring quality coordination and delivery of service between clients / families and caregivers. This is a hybrid position that involves a combination of working with clients in their homes as well as time in the office working with the Office Coordinator.

While we serve clients in St Croix, Pierce, Polk, Barron, and Eau Claire Counties, a majority of our clients are in the St Croix Count area so the ideal candidate would live in St Croix County and be able to commute to and from our clients homes and our office in Baldwin.

Client Services :

  • Fill in shifts in the designated service area with key clients as needed. The Office Coordinator will work with your existing schedule.
  • Work with existing clients as needed.
  • Client Consultations and Interactions :

  • Assist the Owner / Director with providing client consultations.
  • Introduce clients to caregivers at the home of the client as needed.
  • Office Tasks :

  • Answer office phone calls, texts, and emails as needed. Provide support for the clients, their families, and the caregivers. Assist with problem-solving and resolving day-to-day issues.
  • Become familiar with the Wellsky Office Computer Program.
  • Participate in weekly office meetings as needed.
  • Provide quality assurance surveys (QAs) for clients / families after their first few weeks with us and then annually. This task is shared with the Service Coordinator.
  • Keep client’s files and service plans up to date. Keep client’s files organized in the filing cabinet.
  • After participating in client consultations, create their service plan and ensure assigned caregivers have a copy emailed to them.
  • Caregiver appreciation : Develop employee appreciation awards / events.
  • Assist with completing care notes for clients with Long Term Care Insurance due at the end of the month.
  • Employee Orientation and Training :

  • Initiate caregiver paperwork and orientation, answering questions as needed.
  • Assist with coordinating caregiving training via Care Academy, articles, or any other educational opportunities.
  • On Call :

  • Share the on-call rotation. Respond as needed to texts, time-sensitive voicemails, and time-sensitive emails in a timely manner. Provide a summary of what happened while on-call, including non-time-sensitive messages, for the Office Coordinator and the Service Coordinator.
  • Salary : $21 - $22
