Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
Reports to: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Division: Finance
OVERVIEW
FP&A Analyst Associate reports to FP&A Manager supporting the department by performing a number of required duties.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze performance data and organize it into an easy to digest format to aide senior management in decision making.
• Update KPI reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitor and test performance reports on a daily basis for accuracy.
• Respond to information requests from various departments within the organization.
• Create PowerPoint presentations detailing the company’s performance and strategic objectives.
• Help create annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Assist with ad hoc analyses for Senior Management to help understand trends and opportunities across the business.
• Support BI and Delta Master reporting and database maintenance.
• Implement process improvements to improve efficiency for the various teams within the organization.
• Liaise with Finance department and provide reports and analysis for periodical financial reporting.
• Liaise with parent company in Switzerland to ensure all required data is transferred accurately and timely.
• Analyze data to identify useful trends, abnormalities and compliance with company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: 2 years of work experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Must possess excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently to complete time sensitive projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Microsoft Excel expert; experience working with pivot tables.
• Organized; must possess excellent follow up skills.
• Experience with financial forecasting or analytic modeling.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working for a retail company in a corporate role.
• Programming experience.
• Ability to read and write complex SQL queries.
• Previous experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance.
• Experience with report development using Microsoft SSRS and/or PowerBI.

SALARY RANGE: $80,000-$95,000.
