What are the responsibilities and job description for the Conservation Officer - Eagle Open Spaces position at Town of Eagle?
The Town of Eagle is seeking a highly skilled Conservation Officer - Eagle Open Spaces to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for enforcing specific provisions of the Eagle Municipal Code and ensuring the preservation and enjoyment of Eagle's treasured open spaces.
You will serve as the friendly first point of contact to ensure compliance with the applicable provisions of the Eagle Municipal Code for open space properties, trails, select parks, and the golf course (during the winter season only). You will also perform and oversee maintenance of open space properties and trails, plan and implement trail rehabilitation and construction projects, and monitor and document wildlife activity.
This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills. A valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.
