The Hanover Police Department is accepting applications for full-time Certified Police Officers. Candidates must be full-time certified to apply for this position. Starting salary within listed range commensurate with qualifications and experience, with regular opportunities for pay increases plus additional enhancements:
Structured hiring bonus: *UPDATED* Now offering $15,000 for NH full-time certified officers. $10,000 for out-of-state full-time officers.
Education incentives: 2% added to base salary for Associates, 4% for Bachelors, 6% for Masters Degree.
Physical fitness incentives: (Cooper Standards, 50th Percentile): 2% added to base salary first year, 1% added for meeting requirements each year thereafter, up to a total of 8%.
