What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerk - Part-Time - Henrietta Town Court position at Town of Henrietta?
The Henrietta Town Court has a part-time Clerk position available, Monday - Friday, 20 hours per week.
Applicants must possess excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Very strong communication skills are a must, as this individual will be assisting the public, attorneys and officers of various agencies in person and over the phone.
Responsibilities include: answering phones and assisting with questions; processing mail; receiving payments at the service window; adjourning traffic cases; sending out letters; accepting filing and inputting Civil cases; and assisting the Court Clerks with various tasks as needed.
The rate of pay is $16.85/hour.
