Hotel Sales Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the hotel run smoothly, from guest services to revenue management, while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate hotel staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Oversee guest relations, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with various departments including housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and manage hotel budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
• Maintain effective communication through phone systems and in-person interactions with guests and staff.
• Train and develop staff in hospitality management best practices and customer service excellence.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the hotel environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective guest interaction.
• Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus but not required.
