Job Summary:
The Office Administrator will manage the daily operations in the office. As an Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of the office, supporting staff and management with administrative duties, maintaining office supplies, answering phones, and ensuring the overall efficiency of office operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dispatch department, ensuring that services are completed on time and according to schedule.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure a smooth flow of goods from the warehouse to customer destinations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize routes and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and track company schedules, ensuring timely and accurate updates are provided to customers.
- Handle customer service inquiries, addressing any issues that arise in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and related documents.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and compliance with company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
