What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Tri Star Metals, LLC?
Tri Star Metals, LLC (www.tristarmetals.com), is a rapidly growing, leading producer and distributor of specialty metals. We pride ourselves on our comfortable and casual team culture and are looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our expanding Sales team to:
- · Manage and service existing accounts under the direction of the VP of Sales.
- Provide customer service that meets and exceeds expectations for the internal team and our customers
- · Manage customer orders and provide them with updates by developing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- · Manage any customer claims or returns
- · Build up and email quotations to customers (pricing will be provided)
- · Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, documentation, etc.
- · No cold calling is required
- Sign on Bonus = $3,000.00 ($1,000 at 90 days employment, $2000.00 at one year).
Qualifications:
· Associates degree or higher a plus
· Working knowledge of operating Windows based personal computer, Microsoft Office –Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, (Nav Dynamics a plus)
· Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast paced environment
· Ability to type a 40-50 WPM would be beneficial

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
