What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Office Administrator position at Trident Marketing?
Travel Resorts of America in Florida is seeking part time Sales Office Administrator. Duties will include but are not limited to: Front office management including reporting sales back to corporate office. Work week is Friday thru Sunday. Competitive starting pay and possible opportunity to go full time with full benefits. Must have Microsoft office and Excel experience and possess great attitude, work ethic, & the desire to learn.
DUTIES
Create and maintain welcoming atmosphere for guests check-in and wait to meet assigned sales team member.
Review completed membership contracts to ensure completeness, legality and financial obligations are met.
Confer with members, management, co-workers and other departments by phone, email or in person to provide information about member accounts.
Obtain and process new hire paperwork for corporate Human Resources department.
Fills in Excel reports with weekly sale information for sales management, accounting, external financing entities and corporate office on weekly basis. Other daily duties will include: Data entry, scanning files, shipping via UPS, and emailing via Outlook.
Inventory office supplies and marketing premiums and order as necessary
Produce and maintain forms and supplies for sales team and creates member packets - ensuring completeness and accurate information is given to members
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Should have 1 - 3 years office related experience and/or training including general knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft software.
Must have experience in dealing directly with the public and acquired general knowledge of basic customer service skills including professional phone etiquette.
Must be fluent in oral and written English
Must be a self-starter and able to prioritize multiple tasks, work with minimal supervision, exercise good judgment and be highly motivated and detail oriented.
Must be flexible and have the ability to multi-task and exercise critical thinking skills.
Previous experience in hospitality/resort environment helpful.
Evening, weekend and holiday work required.
Must promote Travel Resorts of America in a positive light.
Must wear appropriate uniform and name tag (provided) during scheduled work hours.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.
