Truax Law Group, Ltd. is looking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant and Receptionist to join the team and work at our office in Avon, OH. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized records.
- Assist with office management duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Prepare engagement letters and set up new client matters in our system.
- Prepare correspondence and transmittals as directed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Support other administrative functions as required by the team.
Skills
- Previous experience in a law firm or in a professional office setting is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with billing and A/R for services, and QuickBooks experience is a plus!
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
