What You'll Do As The Project Manager
- Spearhead pre-construction planning, permitting, and scheduling
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards
- Interface directly with clients to enhance their vision and provide progress updates
- Develop detailed project timelines and coordinate with subcontractors, team members, and suppliers
- Manage all necessary permits and pre-construction requirements
- Oversee change orders, invoices, and project handoffs
- Contribute to hiring and evaluating key team members
- 5 years of project management experience in residential construction
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
- Proficiency with project management and productivity software
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work on-site in the Milwaukee metro area
