Residential Construction Project Manager

Trueline's client, a premier residential construction firm in the Milwaukee area, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in overseeing high-end custom home projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead all aspects of project execution while delivering exceptional client experiences.

What You'll Do As The Project Manager

• Spearhead pre-construction planning, permitting, and scheduling
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards
• Interface directly with clients to enhance their vision and provide progress updates
• Develop detailed project timelines and coordinate with subcontractors, team members, and suppliers
• Manage all necessary permits and pre-construction requirements
• Oversee change orders, invoices, and project handoffs
• Contribute to hiring and evaluating key team members
  
  

You'll Succeed As The Project Manager If You Have

• 5 years of project management experience in residential construction
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
• Proficiency with project management and productivity software
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work on-site in the Milwaukee metro area
