Flex schedule: (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Monday-Thursday 9 hours workday, and Fridays 8:00am-12:00pm
Previous accounting/similar experience is a must, preferred in manufacturing
- This position is responsible for entering and paying bills on a timely basis, researching missing payments, short pays, and any discrepancies.
- This position is responsible for the accounts payable process which entails the collection, distribution, and payment of vendor invoices. Specific tasks performed by this position include:
- Enter accounts payable invoices for Non-PO vendors.
- Distribute accounts payable invoices to appropriate department personnel for approval.
- Print checks and match with back-up for scanning and mailing.
- Prepare and process 1099 forms at year end.
- Respond to vendor inquiries; research and resolve vendor issues.
- Scan accounts payable checks, invoices, and backup into electronic filing system.
- Credit card processing.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
