HCP Engagement System Implementation and System Administrator (20 Hours/Week)
A leading biopharmaceutical company is seeking a highly motivated contract professional to lead the implementation and serve as the System Administrator for a new Healthcare Professional (HCP) Engagement System. This part-time contract role (20 hours per week) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning both project execution and long-term system support.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Compliance, Legal, and Commercial, as well as external vendors, to ensure a smooth rollout and ongoing system excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Phase
- Lead the project management of the Global HCP Engagement System implementation
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure all technical and functional requirements are met
- Assist in developing training materials and delivering sessions for end users
Post-Implementation Phase (System Administration)
- Serve as the primary System Administrator responsible for maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
- Provide ongoing support and training for end users
- Gather user feedback and recommend system enhancements for improved functionality and user experience
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience in system implementation and project management
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to HCP engagements
- Technical expertise in system administration and data management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Familiarity with HCP engagement systems and related software
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
