In this pivotal role, beginning July 1, you will oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of our student information system (SIS) and district-wide data operations. Your work will ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance while empowering educators and administrators with the tools they need to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain the district’s SIS and associated data platforms
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with state and federal reporting requirements
• Design and generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for district leadership and staff
• Provide training and technical support to school personnel on SIS functionality and reporting tools
• Collaborate with IT and district leadership to improve system performance and integration
• Safeguard student data privacy and security in alignment with best practices and legal regulations
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Education, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience managing student information systems, databases, or data analysis in an educational setting
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SIS platforms (e.g., Infinite Campus)
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, IC Analytics Suite, Panorama, etc.)
• Understanding of state and federal education reporting requirements
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to train and support staff across various departments
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with scripting or programming for data management
• Familiarity with educational policies and student services
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in an educational setting
  
  

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Full-time, based in the district’s central office with occasional travel to school sites
• Work may require extended hours during reporting deadlines or system upgrades

Pay range for this position is $25.20 - $35.35/hr based on years of relevant experience. This position is year-round and includes a benefits package.
