What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Office Assistant position at Twin Glass Company?
Twin Glass is looking for a administrative assistant to work with the sales team and office managers on a daily basis.
Job duties include, but are not limited to answering the phone, responding to emails, marketing, inside showroom sales-with opportunity to earn sales based bonuses, customer service, scheduling, follow up for sales team, managing projects, and client relations.
Some qualifications required are good communication skills ,organized, problem solving, and working well in a team, good follow up skills!
Some qualifications preferred include coming up with ideas for marketing, working on social media platforms, streamlining systems, and of course new ideas to help in any way!

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
