SUMMARY
Is responsible for providing sales, retention, marketing, education, and service to TML Health Members/potential Members providing education and training to account executives/account managers to assist members in developing, maintaining, and monitoring a quality-focused, cost-efficient delivery of healthcare.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Focus on new group sales and retention
- Coordinate education, implementation and covered individual enrollment.
- Ensures efficiency of marketing’s interface with TML Health internal operations throughout the sales process (B&E, Medical Intelligence, IT, Online Enrollment System, Accounting, etc.)
- Ensures accurate communication occurs with consultants, brokers, and employers with respect to the TML Health benefit plan documents.
- Ensures marketing staff are committed to implementing business objectives of TML Health and maintaining the integrity of the pool.
- Attends all marketing webinars, conference calls and training opportunities.
- Attend Regional Conferences to support Marketing Interface with Associations, potential members, and membership. Provide personalized onsite account service and education. Summary of visit activities and resolutions reported in a timely manner
- Develops and maintains a routine, ongoing visit/education schedule with current MiniPools and Potential Members along with the account executive for the region.
- Provide personalized onsite account service and education insight to the account executive team.
- Summary of visit activities will be reported via the Sales Force platform in a timely manner.
- Maintains current knowledge of legal, legislative, and regulatory requirements of Pool
- Communicates legislative changes to Account Executives, Account Managers, and groups effectively
- Maintains knowledge of partial self-funding and ASO service accounts.
- Guides Account Executives in management relations with Primary Fund Contacts through ongoing consultative services such as product analysis, broker communications, and legislative compliance
- Serves as a technical resource to potential members and providers.
- Interface with potential members and communicates timelines and workflow of the Online Enrollment System. Make certain members meet benchmark activity needed to convert to electronic enrollment
- Communicates with potential members regarding enrollment, and eligibility documents per established timelines. Proactive education and dialogue with Fund contacts to ensure timely and appropriate decisions making.
- Communicates with New Members regarding outstanding Business Acceptance Form, enrollment, and eligibility documents per established timelines. Ensure that all new group paperwork comes in with minimum missing information. Proactive education and dialogue with Fund contacts to ensure timely and appropriate decisions making.
- Provide education and training to account executives to assist new members to understand eligibility timelines and guidelines. Responds to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with claim issues
- Maintains potential member, and broker/consultant database information accurately in Salesforce by close of month.
- Performs market analysis and communicates information effectively to the Marketing Manager.
- Identifies and visits potential Member prospects along with account executive in their assigned regions.
- Completes potential Member needs assessment and is compliant with potential member contact procedure. Delivers complete/accurate information to proposal department.
- Identifies and visits brokers and consultants to build partnerships.
- Protects the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and records that TML Health creates, receives, maintains, or transmits by complying with TML Health policies and procedures, including policies and procedures on physical, administrative, and technical safeguards.
- Physical safeguards are physical measures, policies and procedures that protect TML Health’s buildings, equipment, and information systems from natural and environmental hazards and from unauthorized intrusion.
- Administrative safeguards are administrative actions, policies, and procedures that: (1) manage TML Health’s selection, development, implementation, and maintenance of measures that protect TML Health’s information and records; and (2) manage the conduct of TML Health employees in protecting the privacy and security of TML Health’s information and records.
- Technical safeguards are the technology and policies and procedures for its use that protect electronic information and records and that control access to electronic information and records.

- Working Knowledge of SalesForce or related platform.

- Technical ability to utilize employer web portal and OnBase for claim/provider look-up and CSCL documentation and look-up
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or five years’ experience in healthcare/benefits/insurance environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
