Role Description
The Project Manager at Tyson & Associates Construction Company, Inc. will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards and more. This individual will collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project success and deliver exceptional results.
Must Demonstrate Proficiency in these High Payoff Activities:
- Manage and reduce TACC risk
- Contribute to Project Buyout process with Estimating Team
- Oversee permitting process and compliance with local, state, and federal government
- Manage Owner Contract and Owner relations
- Create and oversee overall baseline project schedule
- Manage project cost control, budget, and documentation
- Manage the project billing process
- Manage and enforce Subcontract Agreements
- Collaborate with, and support, project Superintendent
- Manage Submittal and Material Delivery processes
- Plan and coordinate OAC meetings
- Plan and coordinate Trade-Specific Preconstruction Meetings
- Manage the change process
- Manage the RFI process
- Manage and foster Quality and Safety programs onsite
- Promote company policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain good conflict resolution practices
- Oversee the Punch Process and enforce a timely completion
- Manage Project Closeout and Warranty Process
