Your role
Are you a great listener and clear communicator? Do you have a passion for growing and deepening relationships? We’re looking for someone like you who can deliver an exceptional client experience to our UBS employees.
You will:
- provide a high level of support and advice to UBS employees by acting as the dedicated point of contact at the UBS Wealth Advice Center (WAC)
- deliver the client onboarding experience to UBS employees that recently joined the firm by being the initial point of contact and providing white glove experience
- promptly handle inbound calls and effectively service client needs while managing all appointment as assigned
- deepen existing client relationships by conducting discovery conversations and making suitable investment recommendations with confidence and implement solutions that support our client’s goals
- perform onsite meetings and presentations to current and new UBS employees as appropriate
- become an expert on the entirety of the WAC’s products, services and operational framework
- stay up to date with HR Employee Benefits and policies

Your expertise
You have:
- a Bachelor's Degree from an acredited institution
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
- a minimum of 2 years financial services industry experience, preferably in a specialist consultant/wholesaler capacity
- ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with key partners across the organization
- a strong understanding of the wealth management advisory network, consultative selling skills, and client experience delivery
- someone who champions a client centric culture
- organized and have the ability to manage competing priorities
- passionate about financial planning and wealth management solutions
- empathetic and curious
