What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrative Assistant position at UC Davis Health?
- Experience multi-tasking with demanding timeframes, working on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to review and prioritize workload and adjust as needed.
- Experience scheduling complex meetings, to include coordinating of schedules, planning location and catering, use of MS Teams/WebEx/Zoom, and alternatives.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with appropriate tone and manner relative to the target audience, and of the highest quality, oftentimes with time constraints.
- Relevant experience with organizational-specific and other computer software programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, SharePoint, Lawson, AggieTravel and Visio. Experience creating SharePoint sites, professional presentations, data summaries, graphs, and organizational charts.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively define and address daily challenges and deliver assignments in a high pressure and constantly changing executive level environment.
- Experience defining and combining data from various databases and information sources to use in creating documents, presentations, and analyses.
- Experience effectively collaborating and partnering with a wide variety of staff and competencies.
- Experience researching and implementing new solutions for organizational use, including research, scoping, troubleshooting.
- Experience providing administrative and analytical support to management staff.
- Knowledge and understanding of project management and policy analysis processes and tools.
- Proficient in using online search tools
- A college degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Computer Information systems, or equivalent education and experience is preferred.
- Experience in Finance, Accounting and/or Management
- Advanced experience with MS Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
