United Collection Bureau, Inc. is immediately hiring Customer Service Representatives for the Jeffersonville, IN office located in River Ridge. Serving the financial industry since 1959 and still growing, UCB Customer Service Representatives work with consumers to find the best financial solutions for their situation. Job Duties:

  • Conduct friendly and professional inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Inform consumers of their current account status
  • Assist consumers in finding the best financial solutions
  • Provide accurate record of consumer calls through account documentation

Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to pass a background check - clear of felonies or charges involving theft

Hours of Operation & Location:

Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm with the exception of one night from 1pm-9pm once a week.
