Serving the financial industry since 1959 and still growing, UCB Customer Service Representatives work with consumers to find the best financial solutions for their situation. Job Duties:
- Conduct friendly and professional inbound and outbound phone calls
- Inform consumers of their current account status
- Assist consumers in finding the best financial solutions
- Provide accurate record of consumer calls through account documentation

Required:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to pass a background check - clear of felonies or charges involving theft
Hours of Operation & Location:
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm with the exception of one night from 1pm-9pm once a week.
