Job Duties:
- Conduct friendly and professional inbound and outbound phone calls
- Inform consumers of their current account status
- Assist consumers in finding the best financial solutions
- Provide accurate record of consumer calls through account documentation

Required:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to pass a background check - clear of felonies and/or charges involving theft

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
