About Our Job
The Construction Superintendent works under the supervision of the general superintendent or project manager. The primary responsibilities of this position include directing, managing, supervising and coordinating all work on the project inclusive of all trades, subcontractors and company employees to meet the work requirements of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the work progresses according to the schedule, that materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time, that the subcontractors are on the project when required and that the activities of the various trades do not interfere with one another.
- Schedule and coordinate all construction processes, including the selection, hiring, and oversight of specialty trade contractors and labor.
- Coordinate and supervise the construction process through final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- 6 years construction related experience as a Project Superintendent or Foreman on industrial construction projects.
- 4 years experience as a Project Superintendent or Foreman on tank or fueling system projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Government contracting a plus.
- Experience with welding and/or fitting carbon steel and stainless steel pipe.
