Details:
- Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
- Location: Minnetonka, MN
- Type: direct hire with benefits
- Pay: $65K-$85K depending on experience level
Responsibilities:
- Communicate project updates, scope changes, and contract modifications clearly and professionally to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize NetSuite, AIM, Microsoft Office Suite, and other internal systems efficiently to track project progress, manage data, and streamline workflows.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule, proactively addressing any potential delays.
- Coordinate and schedule Technicians across multiple project locations, optimizing efficiency and resource allocation.
- Place, track, and manage orders with material suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and proper inventory management for project needs.
- Maintain and process all project documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company and client requirements.
- Create and update project plans, progress reports, and other key documentation to provide stakeholders with real-time project insights.
- Manage project deliverables and documentation through SharePoint, BOX, and other collaboration platforms, ensuring easy access for internal and external teams.
- Keep all stakeholders informed of project-related activities, facilitating smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Oversee billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payment processing, and diligent follow-up on past-due accounts.
- Lead project management efforts across multiple client locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and successful execution.
- Verify vendor and supplier invoices for accuracy, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring proper payment processing.
Requirements:
- 2 years of project management experience within the telecommunications industry
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity.
- Positive attitude, high energy and pace are a must.
- On call shifts are available (normal pay additional pay)
