- Develop and execute change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
- Assess the impact of change initiatives and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers in driving change within their teams.
- Identify and address barriers to change and resistance to new initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and make recommendations for adjustments.
- Lead and facilitate change management workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop tailored communication plans.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful change outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs and workshops.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and change management software.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
