What You’ll Do
- Calendar Management : Coordinate and manage the executive's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication : Handle confidential and sensitive information, draft and proofread correspondence, and act as a liaison between the executive and various stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination : Prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Office Operations : Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, expense reporting and other operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning.
- Project Management : Assist in the planning and execution of special projects as needed.
- Document Management : Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
- Event Planning : Coordinate and execute company events, including logistics and vendor management.
- Contributes to the excellent reputation of the President’s office through professional, friendly and respectful interactions internally and externally.
- A minimum of 5 years in an executive administrative role, supporting C-Level Executives is required
- Self-confidence, poise, and executive presence; relates well to senior executives, internal and external customers, and community leaders.
- Strong customer service orientation and advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Forward-looking, proactive, self-starter, and independent worker, yet collaborative in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Disciplined, appropriately firm, and respected by others.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, tact, diplomacy, and judgment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, with some work outside normal business hours.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check
- This is a full-time, non-remote position

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
