Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the talent acquisition process from start to finish.
- Lead all new hire onboarding, coordinate pre-employment screenings, benefits enrollment, and I-9 verifications.
- Provide data entry and technical support to payroll.
- Ensure HR compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years professional Human Resources experience.
- Industry experience highly preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
