Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, managing front desk activities, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various administrative tasks. The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.

Duties

  • Assist clients and guide them through insurance claim process, providing excellent customer service.
  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, for easy access and retrieval.
  • Handle phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain office organization by filing documents, managing schedules, and ordering supplies.
  • Utilize our CRM for document creation, data entry, and communication.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist with billing and financial transactions
  • Manage and maintain Google Calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $16.18 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
