This position maintains and improves facilities throughout campus by preparing and painting interior and exterior building components, furniture and floors.

Duties may include
- Patch, clean and prepare all wall surface types
- Prepare work site to protect surrounding surfaces
- Mud and tape sheetrock in new construction, repairs and renovations
- Match, mix, blend and apply paint and stain to a variety of surfaces
- Clean work site and remove debris, properly disposing of chemicals
- Remove broken glass and determine correct replacement glass based on building safety codes
- Remove and repair window screens and aluminum, wood and vinyl window frames
- Install replacement glass and specialty glass
- Order and maintain a varied glass inventory
- Other duties as assigned
