Role Summary
URBN is searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Home Office recruiting team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an entry-level opportunity into the Talent Acquisition department at URBN and is responsible for providing support to the Talent Acquisition Department members.
Role Responsibilities
- Contact and schedule candidates for onsite interviews at the Navy Yard office location.
- Be at the office for onsite interviews to help with the candidate’s schedule.
- Send out all information related to interviews including schedule/instructions/directions/and travel information.
- Book travel and accommodations for onsite interviews, stay, and tours.
- Allocate expenses and handle reimbursements for candidates.
- Provide campus tours for candidates and new hires.
- Coordinate Zoom and phone interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to resolve scheduling conflicts in order to arrange for prompt interviews.
- Assist with all other administrative tasks as assigned such as creating documents and reports as well as taking notes.
- Support with sourcing talent for research projects.
- Provide coverage for other TA Coordinators as needed.
- Assist in seasonal talent department focuses such as internships, interview days, and Field to Home Office.
Role Qualifications
- 2 plus years of experience in an administrative capacity in a professional office environment.
- Ability to make decisions independently with minimal direction.
- Ability to prioritize and multi task in a very fast paced environment.
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
