What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant position at Urgent Care Express?
We are seeking a full time Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! Candidate will be expected to perform routine administrative and clinical tasks as needed to keep the clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Triage patients
- Obtain vitals
- Run CLIA waived labs
- Perform injections and blood draws
- Take X-Rays
- Dispense medications
- Complete other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Urgent Care helpful.
- Experienced Medical Assistant preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent work ethic, attendance, and punctuality expected.
Weekend availability required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
