Qualifications
Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements (including specialized experience and/or education) by the closing date of the announcement as defined below: To qualify for this position at the GS-13 level, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector. This specialized experience must be identified in your resume. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience providing advisory services related to talent management or marketing to or for a large geographically dispersed organization(s). Experience using entrepreneurial problem-solving techniques to communicate, recommend and implement solutions for complex recruitment challenges. Experience conducting workshops or trainings using design thinking methodology that contributes to the creation of organizational policies, procedures, tools and strategies to improve effectiveness. Managing approved talent management or social media tools to reach traditional and non-traditional audiences. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
