This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Charlotte, NC. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing client inquiries and concerns. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and support sales efforts.
