Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Assistant to join our team at Valleyfair. As an IT Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the park's technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Salary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support
• Assist associates and guests with technical issues and concerns.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
• Maintain and Troubleshoot IT Systems
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure systems run smoothly.
• Install Software and Hardware
• Work with vendors to implement new software and hardware solutions.
• Ensure smooth integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.
• Network Security and Performance
• Monitor network activity and detect potential security threats.
• Implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
• Documentation and Communication
• Document all IT issues and resolutions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with associates and guests to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Basic Knowledge of IT Systems
