THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Partner to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This position requires a solid understanding of human resources management practices and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Duties
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity through accurate data entry in the Workday HR system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Facilitate training sessions and professional development initiatives for employees.
- Utilize social media management tools to enhance employer branding and attract potential candidates.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
- Collaborate with management on performance management processes.
Requirements
- Must be self-motivated, driven, disciplined.
- Proven ability to create, implement, and manage projects to success
- Experience with building the role. Must take the initiative to create your own success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an HR role with knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in HR software system Workday is highly desirable.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent administrative skills with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Effective interviewing techniques with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Hotel, restaurant or retail experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
