THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Partner to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This position requires a solid understanding of human resources management practices and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Duties

• Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity through accurate data entry in the Workday HR system.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Facilitate training sessions and professional development initiatives for employees.
• Utilize social media management tools to enhance employer branding and attract potential candidates.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
• Collaborate with management on performance management processes.

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated, driven, disciplined.
• Proven ability to create, implement, and manage projects to success
• Experience with building the role. Must take the initiative to create your own success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in an HR role with knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Proficiency in HR software system Workday is highly desirable.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent administrative skills with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Effective interviewing techniques with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Hotel, restaurant or retail experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
