Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities
- Process daily AR cash postings.
- Follow up on past-due accounts via email and phone, offering assistance and resending invoices as needed.
- Assist with general customer service inquiries and address account-related questions.
- Collaborate with team members and management to resolve account issues.
- 1 years of high-volume accounts receivable (AR) experience.
- Customer service focused with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and strong Excel skills (tables, formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Proactive with strong time management skills and attention to detail/accuracy.
- Collaborative and team oriented.
