Head of People & Culture Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key HR leader, driving HR initiatives that align with company goals and culture.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering an employee-first environment to enhance retention and engagement.
- Oversee HR programs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all systems and policies.
- Lead leadership development, performance management, and employee relations strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
- Partner with C-suite leaders to influence business strategy, manage external HR consultants, and optimize HR infrastructure.
Head of People & Culture Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- 10 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5 years managing HR teams and driving strategic HR initiatives at a corporate level.
- Proven ability to shape company culture, develop leaders, and influence business strategy.
- Experienced with HRIS implementation, optimizing efficiencies, and leveraging technology for workforce management.
- Natural leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary : $200,000 - $275,000
