Payroll and HR Generalist (Hybrid)

Our well-established client seeks a proactive and resourceful Payroll and HR Generalist who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in ADP payroll processing, and brings strong communication and problem-solving skills to support their growing team. The ideal candidate is ready to start immediately and can hit the ground running with managing payroll in their new role!

This is a hybrid role anticipating 4 days a week onsite near Sherwood, Oregon.

Payroll And HR Generalist Responsibilities

• Process payroll in ADP, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Handle garnishments, reimbursements, and final paychecks.
• Address employee payroll concerns; research and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
• Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and recruitment resources.
• Assist with employee training, safety compliance, and personnel file management.
• Support employee relations efforts and activities.
  
  

Payroll And HR Generalist Qualifications

• At least 2 years of HR experience involving payroll processing through ADP.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and wage laws.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Proficiency in ADP payroll systems and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
• Resourceful with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree or certification in HR a plus. High School diploma or equivalent required.
  
  

Compensation: $30-$33/hr. (DOE)
