The client in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Senior User Technology Specialist to support and maintain IT systems infrastructure. This role includes hands-on work with LAN/WAN networks, servers, emergency response systems, and telecommunications circuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, server, and telecom issues.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of complex IT systems.
- Provide technical guidance on systems and network architecture.
- Lead projects and coordinate with vendors and technical teams.
- Maintain hardware/software inventories and deliver end-user training.
****Ideal candidates will have strong systems admin experience, solid networking knowledge, and a proactive approach to IT support and customer service.
Note: Candidates must be available for occasional overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
