Shipping Logistics Coordinator

At Vera Bradley Sales, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping Clerk. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders from finished goods area with precision and efficiency
• Process e-commerce orders based on specified method of packing depending on order type with attention to detail
• Audit orders for picking errors, overages, weight errors to maintain high quality standards
• Lift boxes onto and off conveyor belt; stack boxes in orderly fashion on loading dock and/or load into truck with physical stamina
• Assemble shipping boxes via carton erector, bottom taper or manually with strong organization skills
• Maintain 5S in work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
• Assist in other Operations areas as needed with flexibility and adaptability
• Participate in continuous improvement and other projects with enthusiasm and initiative

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred with a strong educational foundation
• Shipping with PTL experience preferred but not required
